Tonight, we get to hear from one of my favorite missionaries: Bro. Dan Morris. He and his wife Debbie, started a ministry in Mexico that has grown into a thriving church, a Christian School, and an active Bible college.
We give their updates often on our Wednesday night missionary updates, and we have been keeping up all year with the progress on their new building.
I love the Morris family, and with their family roots here in Temecula, we have seen them perhaps more than almost any other missionary, and I love their updates every time.
The Morris family is one of several missionaries that we support monthly through our missions giving, and the souls that are saved in Mexico are spiritual fruit on your account.
If God’s commission to us was to go into the world and preach the Gospel, then missions is directly in line with what God wants for our church. You may not go overseas, but you can pray and give.
Someone said, ”Missions is the heartbeat of God,” and he calls people to worship him. He wants all people to worship him! He loves your worship, and worship from Mexico, and worship from China, and worship from Africa, and worship from all places of the earth.
So first do YOU worship? And second, can you help others worship God through your love for missions? Be back tonight for a Bible challenge in the most important area of your life.
