Last week was our MISSIONS REVIVAL, and what a great week! We were so blessed by the preaching and the updates from our missionaries, and our commitment cards for the next year totaled $94,460 that we’ve promised by faith to give to missions. Glory to God!
Also, the total offerings for the week were $7,492.26, which was under our goal, but we are still totaling the final expenses to see what else we can do. If you wanted to give specifically to the conference, please mark it under the special offering category. Again, glory to GOD!
It seemed to me like we had a great spirit of unity and desire to reach the world, and I loved that all the missionaries seemed to bring the Great Commission into their sermons—not just for their countries but for OURS. I was convicted that we need to reach Temecula for Christ. The satire site The Babylon Bee put it like this: “Man Becomes Missionary To Remote African Village So He Doesn’t Have To Share Gospel With Coworker Brad.” That’s about true!
But what about Brad? Who’s going to care about Brad?
Let’s use the next few weeks to prepare for our Fall Festival. Bring in the Brad!
