The story is told of two liberal sociologists who were walking down the street. They saw a man lying unconscious and covered with cuts and bruises from a terrible mugging. One of the sociologists turned to his colleague and said, “Whoever did this terrible deed really needs our help.” What’s so funny about that is that it is a fairly accurate portrayal of the thinking of many of those who have received their “education” from one of many of our well known liberal institutions of “higher” learning. It is a marvel how some of these people can turn the perpetrator of a crime into the “victim.” When each one of us stands before God we aren’t going to be able to blame parentage, or upbringing, or poverty, or environment, or God for our actions and decisions. We must answer for ourselves. Our answers aren’t found in Psychiatry, Psychology, Sociology, Mysticism or Spiritualism. The answer Book is still the Bible. Read it and heed it and you’ll discover you don’t need Dr. Freud’s psychoanalysis. Arriving at his building, Dr. Freud hopped on the elevator to his office with another psychiatrist. His colleague said’ “I’m feeling a little schizophrenic this morning.” Freud replied, “That makes four of us.” Go rather to the offices of Moses, and Jeremiah, of the Apostle Paul, and John the beloved, and you will find improvement in heart health as well as mental health.
