Bulletin Note 7-7-19

“The Incredible Race” continues through this month in Junior Church as the children
learn Biblical truths about the fact that the Bible shows us that there is just one race,
which is the human race. It is a Vacation Bible School format, with lots of activities skits
and visuals that work together to get the message across.
We want to give a note of appreciation for all those who have invested time and are
working in the program, but especially to the two leaders of the Junior and the Primary
church, Wendy, and Tish. These ladies have put in many, many hours in preparations,
organization, and presentation of the program.
Thanks too, to those who rotate in quarterly to assist in the Junior Church ministry. It
is a blessing for the children to have Bible truths taught at a level that they can more
readily grasp, in Sunday School and then in Junior Church. Sunday evening services we
have the children together with us as they learn to behave in the House of God. Parents
need to have their children in church whenever there are services going on. This may
seem at times a challenge, but there will be lifelong benefits to faithfulness in this area.
