SPRINGTIME!
Have you seen the trees? The dead leaves are gone and the new buds are growing. Springtime is here!
Easter. Spring means Easter is just around the corner! We just filmed our invitation video today and I’m praying that God gives us a great group of people to worship Him! Begin inviting your friends to church. We always have a great group of people on Easter, and it’s one of the easiest times of the year to talk about Jesus. Our new Easter invitations are being printed now. Grab a stack and pass them out everywhere!
Daylight Savings. This Sunday, we “Spring Forward” and switch our clocks. Don’t miss Sunday school, even though it will feel like it’s at 8:30. I like this time of year because of the extra sunlight in the evenings. No more going to bed at 7:30pm.
Summer Prep. Part of Spring means we are preparing for the summer. This means fundraisers for camp, planning for projects, and getting ready for our “Be Debt Free” Sunday on May 3. This is my favorite time of the year! Let’s make the most of it.
