Who knew 4-square was such a violent game?
Apparently, Katie found out a little too late. Her knee is now another casualty of that brutal game. You know… all that contact and cruelty of 4-square! All those vicious, beefy, snarling players out to get you… just for being in a square marked “A”. Those cherry bombs and “spinnies” get pretty intense. And the players don’t even wear pads or helmets! How barbaric!
So now poor Katie’s paying the price. Her knee tried to run after a ball and the rest of her body said, “Nope. We’re staying right here.” Bummer for the knee. Whew!
At least now we have some really cool pictures to show people.
Man, remind me never to play 4-square. I’m not man enough!

TIES – Take the last few ties, if you want.
GREET MISSIONARY JASON STEVENS – coming today. (Did you greet the Wynnes last week?)
HEARTLAND TRIP – Please pray for the church members going on the Heartland Trip, and for the church planters who are presenting their fields.
MISSIONS COMMITMENT SUNDAY – in 2 weeks. Seriously pray about what God would have YOU give this year. “But I’m only 13!” So? Does that mean the Bible doesn’t apply to you yet? Step out in faith and promise to give to missions this year.
His Name Is Wonderful (song 28)
His name is Wonderful, His name is Wonderful,
His name is Wonderful, Jesus my Lord;
He is the mighty King, master of everything,
His name is Wonderful, Jesus, my Lord.
He’s the great Shepherd, the Rock of all ages,
Almighty God is He;
Bow down before Him, love and adore Him,
His name is Wonderful, Jesus, my Lord.
I Will Love Thee (song 30)
I will love Thee, (I will love Thee,)
O Lord my strength.
I will love Thee, (I will love Thee,)
O Lord my strength.
Verse 1:
The Lord is my rock and He is my strength;
I will call on Him,
Who is worthy of praise:
So shall I be saved from my enemies.
Therefore will I give thanks unto Thee, O Lord.
Verse 2:
The Lord is my rock and He is my stay.
He hath brought me forth also in a large place:
He delivered me, for He delights in me.
Therefore will I give thanks unto Thee, O Lord.
