The different between Christianity and every other religion out there is that our Savior is risen.
And the crazy thing is… He raised Himself!
Muhammad couldn’t do that. Joseph Smith couldn’t do that. Confucious couldn’t do that. The fake created being that Mormons call “Jesus” couldn’t raise himself. Even Catholics, who claim to be Christians, still have Jesus on the cross. They believe more in Mary and in their good works than they do in God!
How’d Jesus do that? How did He raise… Himself?!
Only one person has power over death. God! He created life, so He has ALL power over life. You’re alive because of God.
So how did Jesus—who was dead—raise Himself from the dead?!
There’s only one answer… He is God. Jesus had power over death because He was and is God.
Get this… WE have power over death because WE are given that same power! Everything we do and live for as Christians is because we serve a risen Savior who has promised us that same resurrection power that He has.
If you’re not saved, you have no power over death. Your body will die, and then God’s judgment for ALL your sins will be poured out on you. Have you ever lied? Then you’re a liar, right? Have you ever stolen? Then you’re a thief, right? How about taking God’s name in vain? That’s blasphemy, and it’s very serious to God. If you’ve ever said, “Oh my God” is an improper way (not actually reverent to God), then you’re a blasphemer. Oh yeah… AND you’re a lying, thieving blasphemer. When God judges you, how will you do? Pass or fail?
If you fail, you’ll die twice. Your body dies, then your spirit dies.
The cool part is, if you become a Christian (obey what the Bible says to be saved from your sin), you only die once, but then you receive God’s resurrection power! You don’t have to fear death (or God’s judgment after that) because Jesus conquered death and offers you HIS power.
God’s judgment isn’t something I’d EVER want to face. You CAN avoid it. Jesus died and rose again just for you. He died for your sin and rose to conquer your sin. All you have to do is accept Him as Lord and repent of that sin. If you have never done that, let us show you how today! Seriously! We want to help you.

The Lord Liveth (song 79)
The Lord liveth, and blessed be the rock,
And let the God of my salvation be exalted.
The Lord liveth, and blessed be the rock,
And let the God of my salvation be exalted. I will love Thee O Lord, my strength, The Lord is my Rock my Fortress, and my Deliverer,My God, my strength in Whom I will trust. My buckler and the horn of my salvation, And my high tower. I will call upon the Lord.
Nothing is Impossible (song 81)
Nothing is impossible when you put your trust in God;
Nothing is impossible when you’re trusting in His Word.
Hearken to the voice of God to thee:
“Is there anything too hard for Me?”
Then put your trust in God alone and rest upon His Word;
For everything, O everything,
Yes, everything is possible with God!
