It was a rather ironic set of photos to look at. The images were of the new President and VP taking their oath of office with their hands on the Bible and swearing to uphold the constitution of the United States with the words, “so help me God.” It was ironic because both Mr. Biden and Mrs. Harris have vigorously and repeatedly demonstrated that they do not believe the Bible or
the least interest in what it says. The irony was not lost on us either, in that they swore to uphold the Constitution, yet both have expressed their disdain for the Constitution as written.
Brethren, what we need to bear in mind is that despite our deeply help conviction concerning the evil fruit of socialism and its growing influence in our country, our God is the One
in charge, rather than those man-made gods produced by this current pop culture we live with. The gods of this world come and go, but the God we worship and serve endures forever. Go on following the Lord Jesus Christ and serving Him, and keeping you eyes on Heaven, and on the Word of God, trusting in Him above all others.
