Well, what did you expect? We have been praying for rain, after all! I’m thinking our 7-year drought may be ended, aren’t you? I know we would have liked our out-of-town guests to experience some of our typical beautiful southern California weather, but I suppose they may think us Californians a little odd that a rainstorm captivates all our news reports, and gets so much attention! The pastors and their families who are here this week from places like Indiana, Illinois, and Minnesota must find it amusing that we Californians have trouble driving when it rains. Bear with us, dear guests. We aren’t accustomed to such unusual weather!
