Summer’s crazy around here! I think that’s why I love it.
Plan ahead. Be prepared for summer. Make it a time of spiritual growth for you.
Here are a few things to think about, and prepare yourself for:
- Promotion Sunday. In a couple weeks, several 6th graders will be promoting into our class. Love them. Greet them. Welcome them. Be nice to them! Remember how nervous/excited/anxious you were when you first started in the TOF? Don’t have the attitude like, “Well if I had to go through it, then so should they!” No. Love others.
- Youth Staff. Be ready… they’re coming! The interns are the crazy ones, but Ms. Sarah’s a little crazy too. We’ll get to work with her for a while.
- Are you excited about camp?! I know I am. I can’t wait, in fact. If you’re not registered, you can still sign up. Just get a registration form and $50. You’ll be locked in. Don’t let COST get in your way. If you’re willing to work for it, we can make sure you can afford it. Sign up for camp!!
