We were recently reminded of the grim events of the terrorist attacks of September 11 as the anniversary came around yet again. Thousands of people were murdered. After the attacks, America was outraged, and we spent billions of dollars in the war on terror.
The very next day, September 12, 2001, several thousand more people were murdered, but in the grief of 9/11 no one said a word. The following day in America, September 13, 2001, several thousand more were murdered, but still no one spoke up! In fact, every day since then, another 4,000 people have been killed. 9/11 was an absolute outrage, and it should have been, but what about the thousands who have been murdered “legally” through abortion since them?
I heard it said recently that “It’s interesting that everyone who claims to be pro-choice is already alive.” Good thing their parents chose life! Abortion claims 4,000 lives every day in America, and there’s no logical end to the madness. Ask someone, “Is it okay to kill a 5 year old?” No. Of course not! “How about a 5 week old?” No. “How about a 5 day old?” No. “Could we kill the child 5 minutes after he’s born?” No. “Could we kill a child 5 minutes before he is born?” Hm.
BirthChoiceTemecula.com called us this week to inform us that abortion clinics in this area are opening and allowing 12 year old girls to get an abortion without parental consent. What a tragedy to condone and encourage murder! May God’s people always stand for right in this dark day.
