Of course, the vast majority of the crowds in the nation’s capital last week would not have condoned the smashing down of doors and windows in the Capitol Building and the marauding group going through the building grabbing souvenirs and taking selfies. That group of half-wits who did those things provided a great gift to the left, the socialists and the liberal media though.
Although outwardly acting appalled at what happened, many on the left were secretly filled with glee at being given this wonderful opportunity to grab more power and at the same time, paint conservatives as violent extremists. The lawlessness and fraud that was part of the last election cannot be rectified with more lawlessness and violence.
No doubt Christians will face increasing difficulties in the days ahead under the rule of a government which more and more stands against Biblical truth, but our answer is to go on living by and preaching Biblical truth.
