Bro. Zack Preaching Tonight
Bro. Zack Roberts joined our part-time staff just a couple of weeks ago, and probably sooner than he expected or is comfortable with, he’s now overseeing a full service. Bro. Christian is upstairs with the teens, and I (Pastor Ryan) am in Yosemite on a Rooted hiking trip. My dad is recovering from his knee replacement yesterday, so I just figured this was a prime time for Bro. Zack to get some experience!
It’s been a whirlwind for him since he got here. Apart from transferring life to California (license, car registration, mailing address, etc.) and starting his new job building cabinets, he has also taken on a lot of responsibilities at the church. He’s been planning the worship services weekly, and, OH! I almost FORGOT… planning to see his GIRLFRIEND, Leah, this weekend. She’s coming into town tomorrow with the singing group, Witness, from Heartland Baptist Bible College, and I’m so excited for you to meet her.
