Man, Comedy Night is a lot of work!
I mean, LOOK at all these lines you have to memorize. And you’ve seen these skits rehearsed SO many times, they’re not really that funny any more. Will Comedy Night even work this year?
It is like that every year. We get down to the final couple days, cram all our lines, get all the props on Thursday night and it all comes together on the final run-through.
I can’t wait till tomorrow. Be here right on time at 6 so we can hit the ground running. If you have any props for Mrs. Gina, please let her know so she can know what to expect.
Setup tonight. Please stick around after CN practice tonight to help set up a few tables. We will probably need only 4 rows of 3 tables each with chairs (to seat 96). Plus, 2 serving tables.
Dress appropriately. Men, please wear a collared shirt and pants (no shorts, hats, etc.) Jeans are okay for the men.
Ladies, please wear a knee-length (or longer) dress or skirt. Because we’re on a raised platform and you’ll be doing crazy “skit stuff,” please go over-board on modesty (no leggings under skirts—just wear a longer skirt. Nothing with a drooping or plunging neckline—please keep it just a couple finger-widths below your collar bone. No t-shirts unless it’s for a skit.)
Be funny, or you’re fired. This is serious. No wait, it’s funny… whatever. You get the idea. Seriously, be funny. J

CAMP! Have you done anything since Sunday to prepare for camp? If not, shame on you! J Pray. Think. Reflect. Read your Bible. Listen to God. Ask Him to give you a tender heart. Think. Look for ways to encourage others. Get in shape. Practice swimming and belly flopping.
